I recently bought a suit at Express for my family function,unfortunately that function was cancelled, i unknowingly removed the "Do not remove the tag".When i went to return it they said they cant take it back since i removed that tag and they were so rude to me. Here's the thing why cant the fix that *** tag themselves, whereever we go say macys, sears they are accepting with tag but this company have some freaking policies for the return.
i got pissed off and the blazer costs $450 and its gonna sleep in my cupboard. Worst customers service experience i had ever had in my life.
